Meg Hennessey


Meg Hennessy is an actor from Limerick. 

Off-Broadway credits include; Lily in The Dead, Mollser in Plough And The Stars, Minnie Powell in Shadow of a Gunman, Pert in London Assurance at the Irish Repertory Theater, Jailers Daughter in Two Noble Kinsman and Perdita in Winters Tale with The Drilling Company.

Meg originated the role of Cathleen Mullin in the world premiere of Thirst at Dorset Theater Festival. Film/TV Credits include; Rose in Netflix’s Archive 81, Ciara in The Parting Glass and Jackie in the film Ezra with Robert DeNiro. She will also be appearing in season 2 of the series 1923 the Yellowstone prequel for Paramount+.

Meg  is also a writer and spoken word artist and won the Arts and Culture award from the Irish echo for her work with the American Irish Writers Association. 

She is also a very proud member of the Actors Center and is currently studying Playwriting with the world renowed theatre company Fishamble.
